How do I publish a discounted return leg when I have a one-way job?

You send us a WhatsApp message with three things: where you are coming back from, the day and time, and which vehicle. We put it online within the hour and confirm it to you. Only a certain return gets published, tied to a confirmed job: a return announced and then withdrawn is a customer who does not come back. Later, from your own area, it will be a single button — the system already knows where your job ends.

How do normal outbound bookings reach me?

The customer books and pays online before travelling. We assign the job and offer it to you on WhatsApp with date, time, pick-up point, passengers, luggage, flight or train. You answer yes or no within two hours: if you don't answer, the job goes to the next driver. It is not a punishment — it is what lets us promise the customer that someone will be there.

When do I get the voucher and the customer's details?

The operational voucher as soon as you accept: reference, date, time, pick-up, destination, passengers, luggage, child seats, flight or train number, and the surcharge rates. Without the price of the service, which you already have in your own area and which must not end up in front of the passenger. The passenger's name and phone number arrive the day before, and it works both ways: the customer also receives your name, vehicle and plate at −1 day. Until then the channel is our emergency number, staffed around the clock.

What if I need to move the departure time, or advise something different?

The time is not negotiated with the customer: you propose it to us, we tell the customer, and it becomes real when it is on the new voucher. Write us the proposal and the reason — roadworks, expected traffic, a check-in that closes earlier — and we answer them. Under twelve hours before departure, call rather than write. Your judgement on timing matters: the customer has no idea how long these journeys really take. But an agreement made by voice leaves no trace, and if the customer misses a flight the complaint lands with us.

When do I get paid?

The customer pays CabbyTrip before the journey, so your payment is secure: by bank transfer to the IBAN you give us in the contract, on receipt of your invoice or at month end, as agreed between us. You invoice CabbyTrip for the price in your list: with 10% VAT under the ordinary regime, without VAT under the flat-rate scheme. Towards the customer, CabbyTrip is the responsible party.

What prices should I give you?

Your price list per route and per vehicle, VAT included: the price you would give an agency buying the service from you, not the one you quote to a passenger. That is what CabbyTrip pays you, in full. Nothing to add for commissions or card costs: those are ours and sit inside the price we charge the customer. On the flat-rate scheme, the same amounts without VAT — and tell us.

What if a vehicle is not available one day?

You close it yourself, from your own area: the day or the period, and which vehicle — holidays, servicing, already booked. On closed days that vehicle is not offered and the customer's price is set by whoever is free. Jobs already confirmed remain yours.

Do I have to work only with you?

No. No exclusivity, no minimum number of jobs, no subscription. Turning down a job does not penalise you: we only ask you to say so straight away, so the customer can be served by someone else.
